Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern appointments and services in our barbershops.
These Terms & Conditions govern appointments and services provided by HOTSPUR BARBERS LTD (Registered in England & Wales, No. 16552211) at its barbershops across Europe. By booking a chair or using our services you accept these terms.
1. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
2. Services and scope
We provide professional haircuts, beard trims and grooming services for men. Services are delivered in line with the description and price shown at booking. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation by email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (€) and identical across our barbershops. Payment is made in the shop at the time of your visit — we accept cash and major card and contactless payments. We do not take online payments on this website.
4. Delivery of the service and risk
The service is performed at your appointment time in the shop. Personal belongings remain your responsibility during the visit; please use the provided storage at the barber chair.
5. Cancellation and changes
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email, by phone, or by email. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation before future bookings.
6. Liability
Our barbers are trained to one network standard and use professional equipment. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the service concerned.
7. Complaints and disputes
Tell the shop team first — most things are solved on the spot. If not, email support@hotspur-barbers.com and we will respond within 5 working days.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
